Together we'll delve into the vast reservoir of pleasure and power residing within your own body. Through this group coaching program, you’ll tap into your deepest desires and what is getting in their way, and open up to what is possible.
When we awaken and embody our erotic life force energy, we liberate ourselves from dependence on others for happiness and pleasure, and reclaim a potent inner power to drive change and joy in our lives and in the world.

This program is about practicing new tools and ways of being and relating in community. It will look like…
A witchy circle for a group of 5-9 women and gender-non conforming people who were socialized as women to tap into and embody our ALIVENESS.
Using somatic exercises, breathwork and ritual, I'll lead the group through processes to revitalize your inner fire with your erotic aliveness.
Seven two-hour in-person sessions over the course of 8 weeks this Spring to dive deep into the power of pleasure.
We’ll start with creating more space for love, safety and belonging within yourself.
Together we'll create a container for being ourselves, for deep sharing and for exploring our desires around our ALIVENESS and erotic embodiment.
I'll offer home play and encourage you all to hold one another to your goals and hopes in between the sessions.
Women and those of us socialized as women have so much conditioning around what it means to be powerful, who and what our sexuality is for and how we should look and feel about our bodies. When we are able to understand our own conditioning and release what does not serve us, there is so much more pleasure and power available to us to channel for good!
On erotic life force energy: We all have an innate life force energy, an erotic energy, inside ourselves that is ours. When we awaken and embody our erotic life force energy, we liberate ourselves from dependence on others for happiness and pleasure, and we reclaim a potent inner power to drive change and joy in our lives and the world. Audre Lorde explores the erotic as a source of immense power that disrupts oppression. That is the erotic power I mean. It's a power of ALIVENESS, of self-sovereignty and of breaking apart systems that deny, lie and hold us back.
